1) Every student is bound to stay in the hostel at least for one year/ stipulated months declared by him/her.

2) Every student is bound to pay two months fees as advance which will be adjusted in last two months fees.

3) Every student should pay their monthly dues on or before 5th of that month.

4) If any student wants to leave before his committed period then one month fee will be adjusted from advance and another month fee will be for fitted.

5) If any student wants to stay more than the committed period then he/she has to inform the manager before two months(adjusting month) giving written application.

6) Monthly dues cannot be less for absent in the hostel for few days.

7) All the students bound to take meals from the hostel canteen

outside food in lunch time as well as dinner time is not allowed.

8) Every student must deposit 1 passport size photo

residence and identity proof of their parents/local guardian at the time of admission.

9) Anybody found disturbing other roommates

drinking alcohol

smoking cigarette

chewing tobacco is strictly banned

if anybody found guilt will be intimated to their parents local guardian immediat

10) Any loss and damages cased by the students will be recover from the boarder er immediately.

11) Caution money amount of 2000 will be deposited by the student

from which 1000 shall be refunded after leaving hostel by giving all clearance & 1000 will be taken for one time maintenance.

12) Please Demand for receipt after paying fees.

13) Students are not allowed to do any functions/celebration in the hostel premises.

14) All students should arrive inside the hostel on or before (Girls-8.00 pm)(Boys-9.00 pm).

15) Any boarder er wants to leave the hostel then he/she has to take the clearance from the office which would be inform to the caretaker immediately.

16) The parents are not allowed to stay inside the hostel after 7.00 pm as well as if any students wants night halt with their parents then he/she has to submit & application along with their signatur

17) Boys/Girls students are not allowed to talk each other inside the hostel as well as within 100 meters radius.

18) Hostel electric bill/ food bill will be charged extra and it may change according to market situation.

19) Booking advance/admission money ones takes can not be refunded.
